The house is by the Port des Pêcheurs, the one-time working harbour now full of small motor boats and yachts. The main port, with its restaurants, cafés and its comings-and-goings, is around the corner. The centre of town is just a few minutes' walk. It's in a new development of sixteen houses, close to the water's edge. It sleeps five or six in three bedrooms, and is newly equipped and furnished throughout. The living room (with TV - BBC TV and radio, and French channels, DVD, radio/ CD/ cassette player) is on the ground floor and leads out to a small terrace with table and chairs. The kitchen area is well equipped with washing machine, and large fridge. On the first floor, there is a shower room (with WC and basin), and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds. On the second floor there are views to north and south, one bedroom with two beds and a basin, and a separate WC. The house has its own parking space, and there is plenty of on-street parking in the quiet roads nearby. Linen and towels (but not beach towels) are provided and changed weekly. |
