Eating out

Eating out is easy: there are over a dozen restaurants, at all prices, along the port and in the centre of town.

Chez Philippe's 'cuisine gorgée de soleil' is only yards away: a must for lovers of serious and innovative food. It was awarded a 'coup de coeur' from France's main foodie magazine, Saveurs.

Along the quayside of the main port, sit in a waterside brasserie, watch the boats come and go, and wonder how they do such a three-course lunch for such a low price.

And when you have tried all they have to offer, take a drive to the waterfronts of Mèze or Bouzigues, or up to Sète, to the open beach, or the restaurants along the main canal, and taste some more...
