Booking, prices, and availability
Prices and dates 2010. The house is available from late March until early November in 2010, and out-of-season by arrangement. Change-overs are on Saturdays, to arrive after 4.00 pm, and to leave by 10.00 am. to allow for cleaning. Booking form for printing

How to book
Booking form
A firm booking is only made when we have received a completed booking form with
a deposit of £100 per week. If you make a booking by telephone we will
keep it for one week to await the written confirmation and deposit.
Booking conditions
Payment in full must reach us no later than 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Cancellations
We suggest you insure your holiday against cancellation. We regret that we have
to charge a fee for late cancellations: 60% of the total payment if the
cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the start of the holiday, and 90% if
within 2 weeks. If you have to cancel we will try to fill the dates
but this may prove impossible
Health and Travel Insurance
As a member of the European Union, UK citizens are entitled to the partial refund
of charges for emergency medical treatment whilst on holiday.
To do this they must be in possession of an European Health Insurance Card.
You should also confirm that you are covered by car,
contents, holiday cancellation, and other insurances.
Breakages
Please let us know of any breakages however minor so that we can replace them
with identical items.
Before you go
We will send you a receipt as soon as we receive your booking and the deposit.
We will also send further guides on Marseillan, your route, wine buying, and trips nearby.
